Friday
We played another kahoot on random things. I came in a good place but not good enough for extra points. Then we took a vocabulary test which was pretty easy. I got an 87 not to bad but could’ve did better.
Thursday
We played a kahoot today. Mr rease said whoever gets first doesn’t have to take it. I should’ve paid more attention because i did not come in first or the podium.
Tuesday
We left on from the story we were reading yesterday. I liked the video that went with the story. I’m also starting to like this story more. It seems like it has a powerful message behind it.
Monday
We started reading this story about a girl that’s mentally challenged. The part when they said the man only had half of an arm really caught me off guard. I actually like this story. This story is kind of funny to me though.
Thursday
I was really sleepy today. I felt terrible because all the coughing made my head hurt. So I rested my head. I wasn’t really paying attention.
Wednesday
We read about a cyber and virtual reality. I had a question that said what color would I chose for this passage. I chose grey because cyber reminds me of robots and robots are grey. It also reminds me of blue/purple because virtual reality reminds me of that.
Tuesday
I wasn’t here yesterday so I got my work. We read a passage about the dress code at school. It was a good topic because in elementary school we had uniforms. They never gave us the opportunity to express our selfs.
Friday
We did benchmark testing. I didn’t have enough time to finish my constructed response. But i finished my multiple choices. It wasn’t hard I just didn’t have enough time. I wasn’t ready to take the test that earlier either since I have you for 4th period.
Life
Today was a great lesson. It brought back a lot of deep childhood memories. It also opened my eyes more on making memories. I was also very cold today.
Poem
We started a new poem today by langston huges. Langston Hughes is actually one of my favorite writers. He is very inspiring. Mostly because he’s a black gay man and people like to judge.
